The breakfast options were NICE and extensive. The staff was very friendly. I liked the two large swimming pools.

The beach section in front of the hotel was not attractive. The service at the beach restaurant was poor. I waited a LONG time.

i was real annoyed with how things went down. the plunge pool by the villa wasn't clean, like, ever. nobody seemed to care to clean it. the whole place feels a little run-down, not like it is looked after well enough. its like they are just letting it fall apart, its a shame.

i found really big clean pools, including a fun waterslide. the location is excellent, and the staff were helpful. despite the resort being fully booked, the pools and grounds felt wonderfully quiet. pool towels are large and getting replacements was so simple. the air conditioning worked well!

the beach area in front of the hotel is not the most appealing, but it is okay.

Breakfast offered many choices in a nice, cool area equipped with fans. Omelets were particularly delicious. some guests need reminders about queuing for eggs, as some pushed in. the thai staff are smiley.

the villa featured effective air conditioning and i needed milk for tea, which staff promptly provided. i also requested a mattress topper to soften the firm bed. the room was beautiful and clean and near shops.

The resort features a huge swimming pool, including an exclusive jacuzzi available with our pool villa. the gym impressed me. It felt very private and came stocked with machines. it also provided a snooker room, boxing room, and tennis court, ensuring activities for everyone

i was pleased that i could reach shops and restaurants with only a short walk. there is a minimart, massage shop, and restaurant conveniently located just outside the resort. this made getting necessities or enjoying local cuisine very easy.

staff members were generally responsive to requests, such as providing milk for tea. they accommodated my need for a mattress topper to soften the bed. the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff really enhanced the overall experience here.

the resort is directly along the beach and it was great. two large pools and a nice breakfast was available.

i was disappointed with the mosquitoes. my veranda was unusable because there was so many of them. i couldn't open the door without them getting inside. it was a big problem for me.

damp roombreakfast issues

the room i stayed in smelled strongly of damp, and it wasnt just a little musty smell. the air conditioning unit looked old, and it seemed to add to the humidity problem. also, breakfast had issues. the toasters didn't toast properly, and the hot water for tea wasn't hot enough. i had to wait every morning.
